Snack (6p): string cheese, piece of swiss, triple berry muffin
Dinner (7p): broccoli, mushroom, onion, & spinach risotto, fire roasted tomato & olive oil triscuits, cream cheese, soymilk
Snack (10:15p): several spoons of natural peanut butter, a pear, 2 waters
